I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Burgenland Eisenstadt and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The location of this place was perfect - right in the center of the city, yet in a quiet area, allowing me to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was impressed by the range of amenities that were available in the room, including a mini-bar, a sitting area, and even a flat-screen TV. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In spite of my comments below it was a very enjoyable stay and the hotel was generally of a high standard. The cuisine was excellent and provided a great range of dishes. But ......
The choice of music played over the PA (60s/70s pop music) was not what I thought suitable for a town which is identifying itself so strongly with the composer Haydn. Who was the music for? No-one that I could see in the hotel! The carpet in the breakfast room was not clean and was completely worn away on the treads of steps. On our first morning there was a chair with a stained seat in the place where I sat and there was broken glass under a neighbouring table. But, I must stress, this was not typical of the hotel as a whole.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel right at home. The staff at the desk were exceptional...efficient, kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would go back for sure.
My room was a little bit too warm, but I think that was only because there as unusually warm weather for the time of year.

Had a great Xmas experience at this hotel! The modern facilities and comfortable room made it a great stay. Loved the secure underground parking that provided direct access to the hotel. , the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to the historic center and other key landmarks. Another great advantage of this hotel was the well-equipped gym that helped me stay in shape during the holiday season.
The noisy neighbors in the next room. They were making noise in the corridor late at night, which disturbed our sleep.
